I was the imaging employee in charge of digitizing this oversized and fragile volume using Phase One reprographic equipment. Through this, I had to navigate significant conservation and technical challenges, such as fragility of material, size constraints, and camera limitations.

This work made one of only six known copies of this early vernacular Bible accessible online through the Portal to Texas History, supporting long-term digital preservation and public access to a culturally significant artifact.

All work and images provided through the UNT Libraries Digital Projects Unit, Digital Projects Lab.
